Before transitioning into social media management, I worked as an ER nurse where I learned the importance of care, consistency, and building trust with people. Those same values now shape how I approach social media, creating authentic content that helps businesses connect with their community.

Alongside my healthcare career, I’ve always loved creativity, especially photography and storytelling. Eventually I started an adventure self-care Instagram that combined my love for wellness and the outdoors. Seeing how my content encouraged others to prioritize self-care sparked my decision to pursue social media as a full-time career.

Since then, I’ve earned certifications in Social Media Management and Google UX Design and have worked with several brands to create meaningful content.

Today, I specialize in Instagram and focus on helping wellness and aesthetic businesses build an online presence that builds trust and supports consistent bookings.
