My previous career was as an E.R. nurse, where I learned the value of care, consistency, and connecting with people. These are skills that have translated perfectly into managing authentic social media for brands. Alongside my healthcare career, I’ve always had a love for creativity, especially photography and storytelling.

When I transitioned into social media, I started an adventure self-care Instagram that combined my love for wellness and the outdoors. Seeing how my content inspired others to prioritize self-care was the spark that led me to pursue a full career in social media management.

Since then, I’ve earned certifications in Social Media Management and Google UX Design, and worked with several lifestyle brands creating user-generated content. Today, I specialize in Instagram and focus on helping wellness businesses build brands that connect with their communities online.
