Do you film the content or do I? I come to you. All monthly packages include on-site content capture. I show up at your location in the Denver metro area with everything needed to film professional short-form video. If you already have footage you'd like me to work with, all packages are available at a reduced rate, just ask during your discovery call.

How does the process work? It starts with a free 20-minute discovery call where we talk about your business, your goals, and what's not working right now. From there I build a custom content strategy, we schedule your on-site shoot, and I handle everything from filming to editing to posting. Every month we review what's working and refine the strategy so your content keeps improving.

How long does it take to get started? Once you sign on we can typically schedule your first shoot within one to two weeks. Your first reels will be live within 5–7 business days of the shoot. Most clients start seeing meaningful engagement growth within the first 60–90 days of consistent posting.

Do I have to sign a long term contract? Monthly packages run on a 3-month minimum agreement. This isn't about locking you in, it's about giving your content strategy enough time to actually work. Social media growth is compounding. The clients who see the biggest results are the ones who commit to consistency. After the initial 3 months we move to month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.

Can I customize my package? Absolutely. Every package is a starting point not a rigid box. We can adjust the number of reels, add photography, or build something completely tailored to your business and budget. Do you work with businesses outside Denver? I'm based in Westminster and primarily serve the greater Denver metro area including Arvada, Broomfield, Thornton, Lakewood, and surrounding communities. I'm available for travel outside the metro for content shoots and event coverage; travel fees apply. Reach out and let's talk about what's possible.

What kind of content do you create? I specialize in short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok. This includes educational content, service showcases, before and after reveals, staff and culture videos, promotional content, trending audio reels, and UGC-style content for paid ads. I also capture photos during shoots that can be used across your website, email marketing, and social feed.

How many revisions are included? Every reel includes one round of revisions. I send you a draft for review and you have 48 hours to send back feedback. I want you to love what goes out under your name so if something isn't right we'll fix it. Additional revision rounds beyond the first are available for a small fee.

How do you come up with content ideas? Content strategy is built into every package. Before each month I put together a content plan based on your services, upcoming promotions, seasonal trends, and what's performing well in your niche. You'll always know what's coming before it's filmed. You can approve, adjust, or add ideas. It's a collaboration, not a guessing game.

What platforms do you post to? Primarily Instagram. If you want content adapted for other platforms we can discuss adding that to your package. I recommend focusing on one or two platforms consistently rather than spreading thin across all of them.

Who owns the content? You do. Everything created under your monthly package belongs to your business. For UGC bundles usage rights are also fully transferred to you. Use the content on ads, your website, email marketing, anywhere you need it.

What do you need from me to get started? Not much. Before your first shoot I'll send a simple onboarding questionnaire covering your brand, your services, your target client, and any upcoming promotions. From there I handle the strategy and planning. For the shoot itself I just need access to your space and about 1–2 hours of your time or your team's time depending on the package.

What's included in monthly packages? All monthly packages include on-site content capture, professional editing, captions, hashtags, posting and scheduling, and a monthly strategy call. Do you offer discounts for longer commitments? If you commit to 6 months upfront I offer a small discount on your monthly rate. Reach out during your discovery call and we can talk through what that looks like for your specific package.

What if I already have footage? All monthly packages are available at a reduced rate if you provide your own footage. You'll still get everything else; editing, captions, strategy, posting, and analytics. The discount reflects the removal of on-site filming from my scope of work. Footage must meet basic quality standards. I'll send you a simple filming guide so you know exactly what to capture.

Do you offer one-off content without a monthly commitment? Yes, that's what the à la carte options are for. A single reel starts at $375, content shoots from $650, event and launch coverage from $800, and UGC bundles at $1,800. These are perfect if you want to test working together before committing to a package, or if you just need content for a specific moment.

How do I pay? Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of each month. À la carte services require a 50% deposit to book with the remainder due upon delivery. I accept Venmo, and PayPal.

How quickly will I see results? Every account is different but here's what's realistic… In the first 30 days you'll have consistent professional content going out and a clear strategy in place. By 60 days you'll start seeing patterns in what resonates with your audience. By 90 days most clients are seeing meaningful growth in followers, reach, and engagement. Booked appointments directly from social typically start showing up around the 60–90 day mark for clients who are consistent.

Can you guarantee results? I can guarantee consistent, high quality content and a strategy built around your specific goals. I can't guarantee specific follower counts or a fixed number of new bookings. Anyone who promises you exact numbers is not being honest with you. What I can tell you is that the clients who show up consistently with great content always see their online presence grow. Results come from strategy, consistency, and content that actually connects with your audience.
