Integrative Medicine Doctor | Content Shoot · Retreat & Practice Promotion

She needed two things at once. Content to promote an upcoming wellness retreat and ongoing content to establish her as a trusted voice in integrative medicine.

I planned the shoot strategy in advance, spent two hours on-site capturing a full content library, and delivered everything fully edited and ready to post.

Delivered in one shoot: 6 edited short-form reels 2 retreat promotion reels driving awareness and signups, 4 integrative medicine and wellness reels, 10 edited photos for feed, website, and marketing use.

This shoot gave her weeks of professional content across two completely different campaigns, without her having to think about it.

Mint Massage Spa | Campaign Content · Couples Experience Launch

This local spa needed a high-impact campaign to launch their new service, Couples Special Occasion Experience and reach their Denver audience during the winter season.

I conceptualized and produced a full campaign. A reel that opened on bundled winter hikers before transitioning into the warmth of the spa, tailored specifically to Colorado's cold climate and Mint's audience. The campaign included an Instagram story teaser and a giveaway of two gift cards to drive engagement.

The result: The campaign outperformed their typical posts, higher views, more comments, and enthusiastic responses from their community. The new couples experience got a strong, memorable introduction.

I built an adventure self-care Instagram brand from scratch, developing the content strategy, visual identity, and posting cadence entirely from the ground up.

Over eight months the account grew to 2,000+ followers with consistent engagement growth and an audience that actively trusted and responded to the content.
