I built an adventure self-care Instagram brand from the ground up to create a community around outdoor lifestyle content and accessible well-being. Through a mix of reels, stories, carousels, and UGC, the goal was to grow engagement and inspire followers to explore simple local adventures as a form of self-care.


The strategy focused on content for everyday life. Reels crafted with strong hooks and clear visual storytelling arcs to maintain view retention, while educational carousels offered shareable tips and local insights. Engagement further strengthened through CTA prompts, collaborations, and an optimized profile that guided users into the brand experience.

Over eight months, the account grew into a community of 2,400 followers, with consistent increases in engagement. Audience responses reflected enthusiasm and trust in recommendations, ultimately establishing the page as a valued resource for simple outdoor self-care and connection.


I manage the Instagram for a holistic therapy practice, helping establish her brand identity and drive website traffic to increase appointment bookings. After understanding her goals, I developed a content strategy focused on educational, approachable posts that connect with her audience.


The strategy includes reels with strong hooks and on-screen subtitles, weekly educational carousels, and optimized captions, hashtags, and a bio CTA to guide followers toward her website. All content is crafted to build trust and position her as a knowledgable, approachable expert in holistic therapy.

After learning about her, I completed a brand refresh with an updated bio, full content calendar, and scheduled her first month of content. Early engagement has been positive, setting the foundation for growth in website visits and audience trust.

Mint Massage partnered with me to develop content for their new Couples Special Occasion Experience. I produced an Instagram story teaser and a high-impact reel for a two week campaign focused on boosting awareness, highlighting the experience, and reaching their Denver audience.


The Winter Rest for Two concept was brought to life through a reel that moved from bundled winter hikers into the warm spa atmosphere. Tailored to Colorado’s cold climate and Mint’s outdoorsy audience, the campaign emphasized the inviting escape of a shared massage. A giveaway of two gift cards further boosted engagement. Entries were selected at random, helping increase interaction, visibility, and excitement around the new service.

Based on Mint Massage’s typical post, the campaign outperformed, generating higher views, more comments, and enthusiastic follower responses. The concept resonated with their community and delivered a clear, appealing introduction to the new couples experience, boosting engagement and positive sentiment around the service.
